Here, you'll find answers to common questions about our services, including information on boat slip rentals, fuel availability, our convenience store, and more.   • Do you sell fuel?

    Yes.  We have slips for boats and PCW for easy fueling.

  • Is there a general store at the marina?

    Yes

  • Do you have ice available?

    Yes.

  • Are slips available for the public to lease?

    Yes.

  • What are the terms of the leases?

    Leases are for 12 months, renewing on March 31 each year.

  • Is insurance required?

    Yes.  Watercraft should be insured for the full market value amount with Breakers marina listed as additionally insured.

  • Are courtesy slips available?

    Yes.  We have slips available for short term lease as well as ship store customer parking.  Call for information and availability.  940-549-6470

  • Are there utilities included?

    Yes.  Electricity and water are available for limited use.

  • Do I have to lease a boat slip in order to keep my boat there?

    Yes.

  • Can I have my mechanic work on my boat at the marina?

    Yes, provided they have proof of proper insurance coverage.

  • Will boat lifts be offered?

    No.  Tenant is to provide a boat lift.  Please call for boat lift recommendations.

  • When I move, can I leave the boat lift?

    Any lifts left after lease termination are subject to marina ownership.

  • Are there PWC (personal watercraft/Jet skis) lifts available?

    Yes.  We have a limited number for lease.

  • Can I add improvements to my boat slip?

    No.  No grills, refrigerators, lighting, flags, speakers or any other items are to be attached to the marina.  For any questions, please call.

  • Do you have boat trailer storage?

    Not at this time.

  • Is there a boat ramp available?

    Yes.

  • Is there parking for slip customers and guests?

    Yes.  There is a gravel parking lot.

  • Is overnight lodging on watercraft allowed?

    Yes, you may stay on your boat overnight provided that you acknowledge our “quiet time” hours of 10pm to 7am

  • Can I park my 37’ boat in a 36’ slip

    Yes.
